1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any MyRestoLife service — including MyRestoGarage, MyRestoClub, MyRestoEvent, and MyRestoMod (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts.
  • Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Violates another person's privacy
  • Is sexually explicit or promotes violence

4. Vehicle Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle information you submit. MyRestoLife does not verify vehicle ownership, VIN data, or build claims. Vehicle information shared publicly is at your own risk.

5. Clubs and Events

  • Club administrators are responsible for managing their club's content and members.
  • Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details and any safety considerations.
  • MyRestoLife is a platform — we are not responsible for the actions of clubs, events, or their organizers.
  • We reserve the right to remove clubs or events that violate these terms.

6. Merchandise (MyRestoMod)

MyRestoMod enables custom merchandise creation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any designs, logos, or images you use. We are not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from user-created merchandise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Services without permission.
  • Do not use the Services for any illegal purpose.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the Services.
  • Do not circumvent any security measures.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE, PERSON, OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR ATTENDANCE AT EVENTS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRESTOLIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
